The new academic session of the “PATHSHALA” begins from April every year and it is desirable that all admission formalities be completed well before April.
Admission Procedure
Registration:
- Registration starts from standard 6th and the minimum age of the same 9 years. For admission to Nursery class, the child should complete 3 years of age on the 30th April of the year of admission.
- Admission form along with prospectus can be obtained from the school office, on payment of Rs. 350/-
- Application form, duly filled in all respects shall be submitted to the office of PATHSHALA along with the required documents.
- Alternatively, Application form can also be DOWNLOADED and duly filled in form can be submitted to the school office, along with payment of registration fee.

Entrance Test:
- A child has to get registered first which is followed by an entrance test.
- An entrance tests is conducted on the last week of February every year. The test comprises of a written examination of Hindi, English, Mathematics and General Knowledge. Duration of test is two hours.
- No specific syllabus is prescribed for the admission test but a candidate must have sufficient knowledge of the subjects appropriate for the class lower than that in which he desires admission.
Selection of candidate:
- A merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks secured by the candidates in entrance exam. The result is sent to parents after two days of examination.
- After publication of result of the selected candidates will be called for admission on first week of April.
Note: Please bring the following document at the time of admission:-
- Aadhar card ( child and parents)
- 2 passport size colour photograph.
- Progress report card of last year.
- Birth certificate.
- Original copy of school transfer certificate (T.C.)
